The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy a great meal on your balcony while watching the boats go up and down the Intracoastal waterway. Windows facing east in this end unit provides a spectacular view of Okaloosa Island!  Enjoy the balcony views of the inter-coastal waterway. Access to pool  and all of our amenities are at the bottom of the stairs.  The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunkbed with two full size beds.  There is a walk-in shower in the guest bathroom and a tub/shower combo in the primary bathroom.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement:  NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
