Upon entering the unit you will find a cozy bunk area with a twin size bed and a TV with gaming connections. It's the perfect area for your child to hang out and have their own space. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to create a great meal when you want to eat in. The large living room / dining area is a great space to relax after a full day of sightseeing or a day at the beach. There is a sofa sleeper in the large living room that looks out to the courtyard area. The bedroom has a queen size bed and direct access to the bathroom with a walk-in shower.
El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

El Matador 515
My daughter and I really enjoyed our recent stay at El Matador! Our unit was very clean, very nice, and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely visit again and will likely try to get the same unit. I do have a few suggestions. It would be nice to have a pizza pan and pizza cutter in the kitchen since pizza is a must on vacation! Also, a tv with Netflix would be nice. My daughter likes to watch her shows in the evenings. It was very hot in the unit when we arrived. I think it was 78 degrees and took quite a while to cool down. I would definitely set it lower for guests to be comfortable. Overall, a great first experience there at a nice unit to stay in!

Nice get away
Very nice appointments. Comfortable except for AC blowing across the bed, had to cover our heads when it came on during the night. Beach access ok, pools looked nice but did not use. Will consider visiting again.

Excellent vacation unit.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Unit 515. The renovations were great. The unit is very accessible for my elderly parents and they also had an excellent vacation.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at El Matador, Unit 515
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Unit 515. Everything was very nice and well cared for. My only minor complaints were that the mattress on the bunk room bed, and the couch were not very comfortable but I only note that in case the owners want to know what to update in the future. Overall my stay was great and I will certainly be back.

Great Place to Vacation!
I must say, el Matador was awesome! We did have an unfortunate freak accident with a shower door, but the management team was responsive and worked with us to make sure things were back to normal as soon as possible. El Matador management is a great team! Thank you el Matador Mgt. Team for taking care of us! We had a great stay! And we are looking forward to coming again!

Exceeded expectations
The condo was extremely nice and comfortable and convenient to the pool, sauna and laundry room. It was equipped with everything! Our only complaint is storm Alberto that caused us to have to leave 4 days early but the short time we were there was amazing! Everyone at El Matador is friendly, the grounds and beach are beautiful and we will be back!! Highly recommend!!
