This unit is centrally located so you are close to all the amenities El Matador has to offer. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to create a great meal when you want to just stay in and relax for the night. The dining and living room is spacious and accommodates 6 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a tub / shower combo in the guest bathroom. Free Wi-Fi available

To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Sandy slice of Heaven on Earth
This summer was our third trip back to the resort. We have fallen in love with the area and the amenities offered. Staff is always friendly from the gate guard to the office staff and cleaning crews. We have always felt safe and valued. This was our second time in unit 513. It’s perfect for larger families like ours. We loved being on the first floor right by the tennis and basketball courts. The children had plenty of space to run and play. We will most definitely be returning. I can’t say enough great things about this place. It’s my little sandy slice of heaven on earth.

Wonderful stay!
This is the fourth time I have stayed at the El Matador condos. Each time it has been nice and clean. The beach is always nice and not overcrowded.
