The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for the family.  The dining area seats 6 comfortably.  Relax in the spacious living room after a long day while you watch families swim in the pool below and the waves crash to the shore of the Gulf of Mexico.  The master bedroom has a king size bed and private balcony access.  The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds and views of complex and Fort Walton Beach.  Both bathrooms are full bathrooms with tub / shower combos.

Age Requirement:  NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
