The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and is fully stocked with everything you need to create the perfect meal for your family. The living room has a sofa sleeper that will accommodate 2. Relax on the couch or wake up in your bed and enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. You can access the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two twin size beds. The living room and both bedrooms have smart TV's and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. Both the master and guest bathroom have walk-in showers.
El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Perfect stay
Our 1 week stay in Unit 457 was a great one! Clean, tastefully decorated, with incredible views of the ocean, had everything you could need for our stay at the beach. We only needed more sun. Dined out several nights locally and in Destin. We would love to come back next year to this unit.

Best place in Fort Walton Beach!!
Everything was wonderful! We stayed in 457 and couldn't have asked for a better place. Condo was clean and very comfortable. Lori and her entire team were very friendly and professional. Very happy with our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We've been going on beach vacations for over 50 years, this is the best overall place we've ever stayed. Gated community that is a few years old but is so well maintained it looks new. Unit 457 is good as advertised. This unit includes beach chairs and umbrella which saves you a lot of money. Staff here is great and the white sand beach is the best.

We were very pleased with the condo that we had. The view of the beach and pool was perfect. We were impressed by how clean the condo was and it had all the room and supplies that we needed. We have even decided that our next trip to Ft Walton, we will plan on staying at the El Matador. We had a small issue with the air conditioning when we first got there, but it was taken care of as soon as it was possible, and we were compensated for the time that it wasn't working. Thanks again.

We arrived about 7pm 8/25 and departed 10 am 8/28 unit 457. We have stayed at 3 other units in the past year or so and this one was by far the best. Very clean, loved the decor and comfy furniture. Amazing view and very nice patio furniture. This one will be on our repeat unit list!! Just wish the checkout times were a bit later but the reasoning is understood.

Wonderful stay. Tennis courts great. Came down with 3 families for Pickleball . Disappointed there were no lined courts as advertised. Low water pressure in unit, kitchen faucet would have been annoying with pressure.

Beautiful unit! Newly remodeled! Love that it wasn’t cluttered with a ton of furniture and knickknacks! The perfect amount of beautiful furniture and decor! Very clean! We did have some issues when we arrived late. There wasn’t a packet with keys in the lock box and we had to go back and forth to the guard, making phone calls to the manager, and then to the unit where there was a sign on the door so we weren’t sure if we should go in. Took about an hour of back and forth before we finally were able to get into the unit at 10:30 pm. We did book the condo just the day before and the manager said they usually get a notification but did not and that is why we had the issues. Also, an early morning wake up call on our last day as the maintenance/construction started very loudly on the floor above and woke us up! I understand that has to be done at some point! The 2nd bath shower was super tiny and no one in my family would be able to fit in it! Other than that the condo was super nice and very enjoyable! Will book this unit again if it’s just me and my husband.

Good stay
Pros - new paint and floors. Kitchen nice. Location is awesome. Cons - beds hard as concrete. Guest bathroom, way too small and shower was HORRIBLE! Master bath was nice. Watwr pressure sucked everywhere. Overall, All the beds were horrible, hard as concrete, guest bathroom way too small And shower was horrible!

Amazing Condo
We came and stayed a week in building 4. Our condo was beautiful and very clean. The view was even better. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our condo.The only issue we had was the bed in the master bedroom is a knee knocker. The frame sticks out a little far so we covered it with a blanket. We will definitely be coming back. We had so much fun walking the beach and collecting shells.
