The living has a sofa sleeper and a 42" flat screen TV with a DVD player. There is balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two queen size beds and a flat screen. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the balcony while watching the waves hit the shoreline.
El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

El Matador office crew and unit 451
Unit 451 very nice and well equipped. Only issue was cox cable box in living room operated erratically and needs replacement. Unit was clean except for old sock found behind bedroom dresser and raw egg on patio.

Always a great time!
We love staying at El Matador for the location. Nothing beats it! The staff is always hard at work keeping the property looking clean and manicured. We have stayed in the same unit 2 years in a row and enjoy the view and accommodations for our family of 4.

Wonderful condo!
This was our first time in the area and staying at the El Matador. We absolutely loved it. The view of the ocean from both sides of the condo building were wonderful. They clearly work hard to keep the grounds looking nicely manicured. The kids enjoyed both pools and the tennis courts. The close proximity of the beach made was great and it never got busy. We will most definitely be back to the El Matador!

Beautiful view and nice room
Everything was great! The room provided enough space for our family of four and hand had a beautiful view. Everything was clean and well maintained. The drain in the master shower was clogged with hair, not ours, so that was the only negative. We would love to stay again and will look into this unit in the future.

Great location
The location was great!! The elevator went out several times which being on the 5th floor was rough! Could be updated with new furniture, the kitchen only had 5 forks! But we still had a great time and the views were amazing!! This is our 4th year coming to the el matador!

We enjoyed our stay. El Matador never disappoints. Kitchen was dark the first night bc light bulbs needed changing. Notified office and maintenance came and changed them right away so we were pleased with their quick response.

Great Place
This condo was just perfect for my vacation. It had everything I needed and I loved the happy colors that they used to paint the rooms. It had a blow dryer and blender so I could make my protein shakes and a great ice maker. The beds were comfortable and the unit clean. The ladies at the office made sure I had the code since I was checking in after hours and I felt they were very accommodating to insure everything executed smoothly. It was a perfect trip and I can't wait to return!

I enjoy El Matador every time I come. This condo was updated and nicely painted with everything I needed. The girls at the front office were extremely nice and accommodating. I love coming to El Matador because I always meet the nicest people at the beach and pool and while it is an older property, it's still the perfect backdrop for great family memories.

Loved how we were right on the beach, close to stores and attractions. Also, the condo was fully equipped and clean when we arrived. It was very relaxing and defiantly will be using this condo for the future!
