This unit is equipped with everything you need to create a great meal when you feel like eating in.  The living room has a sofa sleeper, smart TV and a terrific view of the Gulf-front pool and the Gulf of Mexico.  The master bedroom has a king size bed and has private access to the balcony.  The guest bedroom has two twin size beds and also has a view of the coastline.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more!  Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement:  NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

We always enjoy our stay at El Matador. This time our unit wasn’t cooling. Cecilia was quick to find us another unit with the same views. She was very quick to resolve issue. The grounds were clean and very well kept. Unit 446 was very comfortable and clean.

Labor Day trip
The grounds were great as always. The unit was not the best but ok. It had a Kurig coffee maker that was very aggravating as we had to make one cup at time and wait each time. Bring coffee people it was disappointing. Also the toilet paper holders and a few other things had seen better days. Overall, we had a great time.

Week of Softball
We enjoyed our time at you resort. Would stay there again .A week of softball for our granddaughter we didn't win but we had a great time. Loves that the pool and beach were right there and didn't have to walk very far. The washer and dryer was great just a few doors down from our room We could have used a coffee pot but we had carried a small one and it was ok. There was a single cup coffee pot but we like a big pot. Thanks for sharing this condo I would recommend it.

The view of the ocean was beautiful.
The condo itself was dated. I really didn't mind the décor, but the carpet was musty smelling when we first checked in and appeared to be very old. Owner should at least upgrade carpet. I recommend the same laminate they installed in the elevators, which looks like gray hardwood but is actually a waterproof laminate. This would last a long time, wouldn't wear and tear and be maintenance free. Just a suggestion. Also beds were hard.

A Most Enjoyable Stay
Our building/unit was somewhat dated, but certainly well kept, and the grounds were so well maintained. For a vacation rental, it was just fine. We would certainly consider the same unit for our next trip to the area.
