The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a great meal if you decide to eat-in. The spacious living room has a queen sofa sleeper and access to the large balcony. The bedroom has a king size bed with a view of the Gulf. It's just a short walk to the beach, pool and all the amenities El Matador has to offer.
El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

We stayed a week! No complaints!
Our unit was very clean when we arrived, we didn’t have any issues! Besides the ocean having June grass but that isn’t in anyones control HAHA. wonderful unit though! We definitely plan to book this same unit next summer!

Condo was nice and convenient with easy beach access and beautiful views. Only con was carpet was pretty stained and a little dirty but overall enjoyed our stay!

Great experience! We will be back!
Our entire experience was excellent! Room was clean. Great view of the ocean and pool. Everything was so comfortable right down to the soft carpet. The front office staff was very welcoming and happy to greet us when we checked in. We will be coming back and we will be staying in room 444 if it available!

Great condo. Very clean, well stocked. The layout was awesome. Highly recommend this unit. Just a couple downfalls, there are washer/dryer units on each level but only one of each for 10 units. Had to wait a lot to wash clothes. The other downfall was the smoke alarm went off every time the oven door opened. The heat from the oven went directly to the smoke alarm. Minor inconvenience though, the place was fantastic

My wife and I had a very good week in unit 444. The view to the beach was awesome. The unit was clean and decorated very nice. I seen men and women working everyday keeping the resort clean and well maintained.

EXCELLENT STAY
Everything was perfect for my stay. The condo was amazing and well kept. The view was also amazing!! I also complimented on the workers that kept the pool and lawn up .. they never stopped the whole time we were there. Everything was in great condition and very well maintained. We will for sure be back!!
