The kitchen is fully furnished so you can enjoy eating in on days when you want to avoid the crowds.  The dining area accommodates 6 people with 4 at the table and 2 at the bar area.  The living room has a sofa sleeper and a large  smart TV with access to the balcony.  The master bedroom has a king size bed and also has private balcony access.  The guest bedroom has two twin size beds and a great view of Okaloosa Island.  Both bedrooms have smart TV's and USB chargers. The guest bathroom has a LED shower-head.

To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more!  Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement:  NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Perfect little get away
The unit is in an amazing location on the property, near the pool and beach. Everything seems well cared for and comfy. Plenty of dishes to meet our needs. We would definitely rent this Into again.

Loved my stay
My family stayed a week in Condo 443. The room was very comfortable. Loved the view of the pool and the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the water in the Gulf. The only thing I would recommend for the owners is to purchase some standard commodes for the bathrooms. The commodes were so low it almost felt like sitting on the floor.

I and my family have stayed at El Matador and has always had a wonderful time. The room was roomy enough for the 4 of us. All the accommodations were great. We will be coming back again soon.

Great condo complex, but save the turtles!
We love the El Matador and have been staying there for many years. This time we noticed that their bright lights in the parking lot are confusing the baby turtles that hatch out of nests next door on Eglin EFB. One night we picked up more than 30 in the parking lot and took them down to the ocean. A simple fix would be to change the white lights to amber "turtle-safe" bulbs.

The location of this unit is awesome. The master bed needs to be a little taller, it is to low. The master shower head needs to be adjustable. It only has a wide spray. Several light bulbs where blowed. Over all we had a great stay.

Excellent
Everything was wonderfully laid out and we found everything we needed with ease! Our only issue is that a few of the outlets seemed loose and wouldn't work properly.
Manager's Response:  Thank you for letting us know about the outlets.  We will make sure that we have them repaired.
