This gorgeous unit has be completely remodeled. Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to create great meals that can be enjoyed on your private balcony while you watch the waves hit the shore. Master bedroom has a king size bed with access to the balcony. Guest bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a twin on top, a full on bottom and a twin trundle.

To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

We enjoyed our stay in this complex. We have been doing a family vacation iin Florida for four decades. This was our first time at this complex and we couldn’t have been happier. It was beautiful, taken care of, and very accommodating. The staff was fantastic. Our condo was beautifully kept, and spacious. We will be back!

Relaxing stay
We really enjoyed our stay in unit 420. The unit was clean and comfortable. No carpet is always a plus wherever sand is involved! The access to the beach was short and simple. The only thing I found the unit needed was blinds on the sliding doors in the living room. The see through curtains do not provide privacy and with only four panels it doesn’t even cover the opening. The kitchen seemed well stocked and the bathrooms, although very small, were clean and updated. We would visit again.

A GREAT Place to Stay
We loved this condo! The whole condo looks new and modern and is stocked with all the essentials. Not only is the place beautiful with plenty of room but this is the perfect location.to stay with easy access to the beach. Would 100% recommend this condo! We will be back!

Great stay once again . Third time we stayed in this unit 420 and we like the setup a lot. We can take the steps or elevator with its location. Plenty of parking. The beach is easily accessible. We did have to request new balcony chairs as the old ones had weathered. The chairs were rusted into that at the joints and were not safe to use . We had new ones within 30 minutes . Great service by the management Team.

We loved staying in the unit we had. It was close to the beach was easy to get to and the location is amazing. The bed in the master bedroom was a little too soft and sagged a bit, but the unit was updated and amazing.

Marvelous stay with great decor
We loved the decor of the room that really embrace the beach living feeling. We experienced no issues at all. The grounds is very well kept which impressed our family. I would definitely stay again in the room and at this location. They say no pets but I saw people with their pets so idk what is up with that

Wonderful vacation
Unit 420 was perfect for our vacation! My family was pleased to find a clean, comfortable, and roomy unit. The kitchen was very well stocked with every utensil, appliance, pot, and pan you can hope for while cooking away from home. We liked it so much, we booked it again for next year.

We loved our stay here. We were pleasantly please with our room. We discussed the need for a robot sweeper. I know that sounds silly but it would be perfect for getting up the sand. We also had a problem with the sliding door not opening too far. Overall great vacation getaway and we will be back. Thank you for the great vacation getaway that was so close to the Gulf!

Tvs kept shorting out even after an electrician came twice. Had to use an extension cord to use the tv in the living room, couldn’t use the bedroom tv. Was told that we’d get a credit. The water pressure was great in the shower. The girls in the office were very sweet and Amanda was super helpful coming over several times.

Excellent beach condo
The condo unit is well equipped with newer furniture and many seating options for kitchen counter, dining area, living room and 4 outside seats. Nice patio view of the ocean, easy walk to beach and pool. Checkin and checkout were fast! We were able to enjoy several days at the beach and have meals & rest easy I’m the condo.

We enjoyed our stay at the El Matador. We stayed in 420. The unit had been updated and it was really nice. There was enough seating for everyone to sit comfortably in the living room and enough places for everyone to sleep. The only thing about the room I would add is more seating outside, other than that it was great. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back. I love how it is the last condo on the beach. It gives extra room on the beach to spread out.

Room was very nice with all updates...one of the best on the property. Great property. Problems with refrigerator/freezer was the only issue. Management was very responsive and replaced food lost because of issue.

This condo unit was wonderful! We had no issues and loved it. Beautiful view. Plenty of linens and extra blankets. Loved how the kitchen cabinets were stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, grilling items, etc. Showers were great. Only complaint is that the floors were filthy and needed a good ole fashioned mop action. Looked fine, but we constantly had to use our son's baby wipes to get black grime and dust off our feet before hoping into bed, etc. Yuck. We would absolutely come back here again...appreciated the gated complex, it being at the end of the road, and the heated pool and community rooms/saunas were superb. Overall, very very happy with our stay. Now only if the weather had been good. Rained the whole time! Only other comment is that beach chairs stored in a closet somewhere would have been awesome had the sun been out.

Beautiful, up to date, comfortable condo; easy access; wonderful king bed in master; well equipped kitchen; unfortunately, kitchen and floors throughout were not cleaned well when we arrived

Although I am rating the unit Excellent, I was disappointed there was not a pantry for your groceries/supplies. Also, the broom definitely needs to be replaced; it was in such bad shape, it was almost unusable. I like to keep the unit(s) we stay in clean and that includes keeping the floor swept. As always, we enjoyed our two weeks at El Matador; have been coming there since 2004! Have a great week!

Beautiful condo!
We loved unit 420 it was perfect! Plenty of towels for showers which is a huge plus. The kitchen appliances were amazing. The beds and the furniture were all comfortable. The only thing I noticed was the bunk beds in the kids room was pretty shaky, probably just needs to be tightened up somewhere. Thanks again for the chance to stay in this condo.

Great place to stay!
We love the location of El Matador. The condo was beautiful and met every expectation. The shower head in the master bathroom needed a small repair- we mentioned it to the maintainence person and he fixed it immediately. We had a wonderful trip and will be back!

Spring break with Granddaughters!!
We took Grandaughters to Fort Walton during their school break. Even though the weather was cold and windy we had a great time. Our condo was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The beach was clean and water was beautiful. The condo was family oriented, very quite and grounds were well maintained. We felt very safe thanks to condo security. Management was very helpful and friendly. Our Granddaughter enjoyed the heated pool. Thanks El Matador, we hope to come back soon.
