The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create a great meal when you feel like eating in and enjoying the view.  The dining room seats 6 and the living room has a sofa sleep that will accommodate 2 extra people.  There is balcony access from both the living room and the master bedroom.  The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.  The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the guest bathroom is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.  Relax, un-wind and enjoy the spectacular view while listening to the waves crash to the shore.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more!  Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement:  NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

The view is great! Room was good, bed could use an update. We stayed to the left of that room last year. Great place, loved the pool as well.

View from the balcony was outstanding. Major problems with the sliding glass door from living room to the balcony though. Was difficult to open and close.

Sept stay at El Matador
We had an incredible time during our stay! Everyone at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. We had a small issue with our AC and they fixed it right away. The view was spectacular. We will stay again!

Above Average
The Resort is fabulous and great place for family vacation! We had several family members with us so got to see other condos! I will have to say 351 needs some updates especially the bathrooms and kitchen! Lots of rust and mold in bathrooms! The decor and view is beautiful! We will come again but will check out newly renovated units!

Another great stay
This was our second trip to El Matador. My wife and daughters didn't even want to look at another vacation place or condo/hotel we had such a great experience the first time. The 2nd trip was just as good. We will be back again!

Best location in El Matador
Probably not appropriate for us to review since we are like family to the owners, but I must say this condo has the MOST excellent location and view of any!

Clean but in need of update.
My family has been coming to El Matador for 12 years and we always enjoy or stay. In comparison to other units we have stayed in, the only suggestions that I could offer is that the carpeting and kitchen need updating. Mismatched, dated silverware, an OLD stove and 80s cabinets make what could otherwise look like a impressive unit, look average. A third TV would also be a nice improvement as well. These investments would make me willing to pay a bit more for the week as well. We enjoyed our time and will be back.
