The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy a great meal on your balcony while you watch the dolphins playing in the water against a gorgeous sunset. The living room has direct access to the large balcony and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that will accommodate 2 people. The bedroom has a king size bed and ceiling to floor windows that offer a great view of the Gulf of Mexico.
El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Best location ever!
I didn’t realize I had this email until checking for my confirmation receipt for the trip coming this July. My family went in august of 2021. By October, we had our next trip booked. We did change to a room with a second bathroom, our first had one. Two teen girls and two adults can’t share 1! Lol. Can’t imagine ever even trying somewhere new

Perfect beach experience!!
Absolutely LOVED our vacation!!! Condo/facilities more perfect in person! All staff very nice! Loved that this facility is located at the very end of the beach as it felt more private! Loved that the pool stayed open later. Very family friendly!!! Will definitely come back again!

Great Place to stay on Okaloosa Island
My 3 daughters and I loved staying at El Matador and the view from Unit 344 was amazing. Everything was perfect. We loved that the beach and pool were right outside our building and a heated pool just a short walk away. I hope we can come back again soon.

We always enjoy staying at El matador. This was our first time in unit 344, since we usually stay with my mother in law, which was spacious and well kept. A few additions that would be nice: - (1) extra set of sheets - blankets: the master only had a sheet and the thin comforter - more basics: for a family staying a week, it would be nice to not have to purchase toilet paper or paper towels. 4 per unit seems more realistic of those items vs. the 2 we were given. The only issue with the unit was the sliding door. It was challenging to open and close it. Thank you!

Great weekend
We got there and did not like our room. The staff worked very hard to get us in a better room that was much closer to the beach. We had a great weekend. We love el matador!
