This condo has everything you want for a fantastic beach side vacation! Two bedrooms each have their own flat Screen television and separate bathroom. The master bedroom has a balcony entrance where morning coffee can be enjoyed while taking in a spectacular view of the ocean. At night, the beautiful lighted complex and pool area makes the balcony a great place to end the day. These amazing views are also accessible from the living room, which sports a 65 inch flat screen television. The sleeper sofa unfolds to sleep additional guests. Just walk downstairs to enjoy a splash in the ocean or swim in the seaside pool.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Love this condo the view was amazing this was our second time staying with El Matador and we have been pleased both stays . This room was equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. The only minor thing I can say I seen was the rug in front of the door going out on to balcony would slide very easy and could make you slip . We would stay again for sure .

El Matador 333 is a great Condo
We enjoyed our 2 week stay at this Condo. The kitchen was well appointed with most things you need. The condo was generally in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. We had a small problem with the master sink not draining well. I should have called maintenance but didn't. That is on me. I would recommend this condo.

Easy check-in and check-out. The room location was excellent, the balcony has a perfect gulf and pool view. Kitchen is updated nicely. The only issue was the showers and tub were a little small for a 6'-4" person. Hope to see yall there next year.

Amazing as always
I have been visiting El Matador for 19 years and it has never been a disappointment. I like the fact its not much of a party scene and more of a family destination. The unit we stayed in this time was updated and very nice. The complex as a whole is very excellent with many nice amenities. I will continue to come and visit with my family.

Great Trip
The condo is nice, clean and has everything we needed. There are sliding glass doors to the balcony in the master bedroom and the living room. A very short walk to be on the beach. Everything worked well, and we had a great vacation week. Everyone was easy to work with, and no problems at all.

5 Star Family Vacation
We took our first family vacation since having our children. I am so glad that we chose to stay at the El Matador even though our family lives in Pensacola. Our children, ages 4 and 8, thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the pool. My husband and I enjoyed the views and not having to worry about towels and dishes while on vacation. It allowed us to spend more time enjoying our children. We hope to make this a yearly trip!

Our second visit to El Matador
Unit 333 is the perfect beach condo..We stayed this past week on a girls trip,,sisters in laws and cousins...could not have asked for more perfect weather, or a better view of beach and pool..Our only drawback ever is no washer and dryer in the unit as we are used to that..However if we had more towels that would not have been a problem. We will definitely be back in the spring

Why We Came to Visit
We came to the coastal area of Florida to relax, enjoy, play, dine, travel, have comfort and peace. El Matador gave us all that. Simply a great place to stay. We have been coming here for 16 years. Soon to retire, we are looking at units to purchase !

Very helpful office staff and great surroundings
we had reservations thru another rental place, they messed it up when we were ready to come to Fla. We got in touch with El Matador and they immediately helped us and put us in a nice condo and it was clean and very homey. I would absolutely recommend this Unit to anyone looking to have a nice relaxing vacation and also it was reasonably priced, we stayed there for 8 nights and I wish I could have stayed longer, Thank You El Matador
