Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

We loved 318. It is a lovely unit. Two small issues that need to be attended too. The faucet in the master bedroom has a constant drip. Not good for the water bill. And maybe spray for cockroaches and water bugs. They weren’t bad but did kill a couple of each. Would stay again in this unit.

Vacation Dream Spot!!
We have stayed at El Matador for 10 years and love the location and atmosphere. This was our first time staying in 318 and plan to rebook for next year. It exceeded our expectations and we had a fabulous vacation week. We were impressed with how comfy all three beds were and loved that there were two double beds in the guest bedroom!!! And I LOVED the dining room table. The only suggestions I would make would be to add a tv in the guest room and a muffin pan in the kitchen. We are already looking forward to next year!!!! Thank you for sharing this little piece of heaven with us!!

The Master bed could have a better mattress. It's on the hard side. The walkway between 318 and 319 has a slope going up, I stumbled on it several times. I think if you could paint a yellow or orange line on it so we notice that it is there would help.

Amazing! Who knew the first floor could be as beautiful as the third? We loved it!
Overall, we absolutely loved this unit. I would say the mattress on the master bed as well as the mattresses in the guest room could use an upgrade. They are fine for short stays but for a month or longer they are not ideal. The bathrooms were amazing as was the kitchen and all of the cookware. The decor throughout was welcoming and the chairs on the patio were comfortable and colorful. This was our second extended stay in BLD 3 and we hope to do so again. Last year we stayed on the third floor and I didn’t think there would be anything comparable but your first floor unit is a hidden gem and we will be looking to rent next winter. Thank you for sharing your beach home rental with us.

Unit 318 was was in great condition having been updated recently. Would definitely stay in this unit again. The glass sliding door in the living room is hard to open…. Just needs to be adjusted. We had an excellent vacation stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at El Matador. We have been visiting for years and hope to continue. I have one request.....the shower curtain in the master bath just about drove me crazy. I am not sure but think the hooks are not heavy enough to support the curtain when you slide it. You might want to upgrade those. Everything else was GREAT !

Our rental was absolutely wonderful. We are hoping to get the exact same one next year. It had all the things we could ask for and the ground level was perfect for our large family to come snd go to the beach. The El matador quickly became mine and my families favorite spot. This place literally felt like our home away from home.

Unit 318 was recently updated and was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. Being on the first floor had it advantages as it was great to just be able to step right out onto the patio and head down to the beach. There was no "view" of the ocean being on the first floor, but we didn't mind. We loved that we could rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for a nominal fee. The beach was not crowded and there is a long stretch of undeveloped beach property on the west side of the property that allows for long, peaceful walks away from the crowds.
