This all tile unit with updated bathrooms has HD Cable on both the living room and master bedroom TV's. The guest bedroom TV has input for video games. Building 2 is in an excellent, central location with access to El Matador's resort amenities as well as the beach. Come relax with us and enjoy paradise!
El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

We have stayed in Bldgs 2, 3, and 4. Most of the time we rent 2 units because we bring family. We love El Matador. This unit was well equipped except for an ice maker on the fridge. One complaint is that the bedrooms did not have dressers or chests which was inconvenient. Additionally, there wasn't a table on the balcony which was made it inconvenient to have a drink or snack there. All in all though we enjoyed our stay.

Family Florida Getaway
The beach accommodations and access was incredible. We were located in building 2 which was a perfect distance to beach and pool access. The condo accommodations were a little littler than what we are typically accustomed to but overall we were very satisfied. The condo decor was a little dated but it didn’t detour from our wonderful stay. Honestly nothing negative to share. We would consider returning simply for the location, the beach and the calmness of the location

Seven days in Paridise
We have been coming to El Matador for many years and as always had a great time. We normally stay in building 3 or 4 but due to everything being booked up we stayed in building 2 this time. As always we had a great time and look forward to out next visit.

Family Vacation
Our room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here in the future. The beach was absolutely beautiful, not crowded and very clean as well. Our only complaints would be the elevators we broke several times during our stay forcing us to carry things up and down to the 6th floor. Even when they were working we were hesitant to get in them because of all the problems they were experiencing. Also, the trash area in the staircases smelled terrible and I could not imagine having a room close to them. There was also a terrible smell by the swimming pool when walking to the beach.

We loved the view from the condo. It was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. If I could change anything it would have been nice to have an updated tv in the extra bedroom. It did not have a cable hook up nor a way to hook up a fire stick as it was outdated. The girls would have enjoyed watching a movie in there. The master toilet had a weak flush. Will definitely come back. Above average rating because of the cleanliness. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds and pools. Staff was friendly.

We were in Ft Walton for softball nationals with family and this unit had everything we needed to make the week a success. Plenty of room for everyone to stay and easy beach access! We will definitely be requesting this unit in the future.

Love El Matador
Over the past many years every time I came to Fort Walton Beach I have always stayed at El Matador. From the Manager, Lori and the office personnel to the well kept grounds it is always a pleasure to live there. They really care and it shows everyday. Great Job!

End of summer vacation
The condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The condo location was great. A wonderful view of the ocean and pool. We enjoyed both pools and the beach very much. A great vacation.

Review of stay
We had a very nice stay in this condo. The furniture could have been more comfortable but it worked. We in joyed the amenites that El Matador provided. We would love to return but probably to Condo on the first floor if possible.
