The special entertainment amenities in this unit are great. You can spend a rainy day inside and enjoy your high definition DVD's on one of 3 HD flat screen TV's with expanded HD cable. This unit also has a Blu-Ray player and a HDMI connection for video games. Owner has provided 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, located in the unit, for your use on the beach. The unit is centrally located so that you can easily get to all the amenities that El Matador has to offer.

To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Nice 2 br 2 bath condo rental for 4 nights. Decor was a little dated but everything was clean and and worked well. Very close to beach and 3 swimming pools. Good security at gate. Quiet and good location at the end of the road. Maintenance was done very quickly on a slow bathtub drain and light bulb replacement.

Relaxing long weekend
This condo had everything we needed to have a great enjoyable weekend. 2 bed, 2 bath. Plenty of what we needed. Comfortable beds, clean linen and plenty of dishes for cooking. We enjoyed the balcony where we could watch the ocean as we drank our coffee.

Spectacular views. Clean and well equipped. The master bath was a little small, but all in all, it was adequate. The smaller bathroom was superior to the master bath in the 240 unit. It was the not best unit we've stayed in at the resort but was very adequate. We have stayed at the El Matador for at least 15 years. It is a wonderful facility. Very easy check in and out. The gated entry make the facility very comfortable. Superior access to the beach, pool, and other amenities. These was a little problem gaining access to the sauna but it dod not damper the trip at all. We will be back, again!

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. View was great - Access was great. Everything we needed was there. As with most rental condos it could use some updating such as in the master bath and in living room furniture - two of the chairs were not very comfortable and the one with the ottoman was stained (should be replaced) Many people renting the condos are seniors so a double recliner (whichh is easier to get in and out of) and a couch would be perfect seating. Management personnel were very efficient and friendly. I would reccomend putting a copy of the flag rating sysem in each condo unit along with info about protecting the turtles by filling in holes and using the appropriate lights at night.

Wonderful condo
We have been staying at el matador since I was a kid and now I am able to bring my family. The condo was amazing! The only thing I wish would improve is handicap access to the beach. It's very hard getting our son to the beach! A wheelchair or something for elderly people and handicap people would be perfect because they should be able to enjoy the beach as well! But overall our trip was amazing!

Great experience!
We really enjoyed our stay at El Matador #240. We had a view overlooking the pool, with the water from the gulf also visible. Nice to sit on the balcony when not at the beach or pool and enjoy the nice breeze and view. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The grounds are well-kept. We also enjoyed both pools and the sauna. We will definitely return to El Matador and hopefully #240
