El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Awesome stay with a nice view!
Wonderful, clean unit full of amenities needed. We had a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Coffee pot, cutlery, plates and anything needed for cooking. They also provided towels and soap. This unit was in building 2 which is not “right on the beach” but we had a nice view from the balcony. No complaints but I think the only thing that would’ve made it better would be better chairs on the balcony. Ours was broken so we didn’t want to sit in it. Luckily we brought our own. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

Great location... will be back!!
We loved staying at El Matador. It was our 1st time and the location and grounds are amazing! We liked the unit except it needs more sitting spaces in living room. We're very rarely in the room, so that was ok with us. Will definitely be back!!

Great condo, plenty of room, and the view was great. The air conditioner was excellent and kept up nicely. The only downfall was the couch is old and needs replaced. We would rent this one again!
