The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to create a great meal. The dining room seats 6 at the table and 2 at the bar. The living room has a flat screen TV with a DVD player. There are 2 single sofa sleepers and a full size Murphy bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds and the guest bathroom has a tub shower combination. The patio looks out over our beautiful courtyard and you can see the Gulf of Mexico in the distance.
El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

The truth is that everything is always where it has to be hand in hand offering us a stay with a lot of quality and with everything necessary to not have to go out since everything they have everything very nice clean and very well organized and maintained really I give it 10 that's why I always try to come back every year for my vacation I recommend it and I would recommend it to all the people close to me so that they can spend a vacation with tranquility and comfort really thank you very much for everything

Wonderfully Comfortable!
We had a great time at this beautiful location. Everything was thought of in this unit, from the complimentary laundry and dish detergents, to any and all kitchen utensils we could possibly need to make our meals more affordable. The rooms were perfectly clean. The beds were very comfortable. There was a very comfortable amount of space for our family of six, for a very reasonable price. Thank you!

Great for large family
Living room has two pull out love seats plus a Murphy bed, So 3 loved having their own beds. Master bedroom very bright! Bring your sunshades. We left all our floaties in balcony closet for future use, but no beach chairs when we were there. Everything was great!!

Great place to unwind
My family loved this place. We were able to unwind and relax. The condo was very much like being at home if home was a 2 minute walk to the beach. Thank you guys, we plan on becoming regulars.
