This great unit accommodates 6 guests and is centrally located to all the amenities El Matador has to offer.  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create a great meal when you do not feel like eating out.  The primary bedroom has a king size bed with a walk-in shower in the bathroom.  The guest bedroom has a twin size bed along with a bunk bed that has a twin on the top and a full on the bottom.  The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Age Requirement:  NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
