Everything you need to prepare and serve meals is in place - you only need to bring food and clothing to have an enjoyable, relaxing visit to the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has a sofa sleeper and a beautiful view of the courtyard and the Gulf of Mexico.  The master and guest bedroom have queen size beds.  The master bathroom room has a tub/shower combo while the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower.  Centrally located on the property, you have easy access to all of the amenities El Matador has to offer. El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more!  Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement:  NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Unit is outdated, but the property is beautiful. Amenities of the property outweighs unit. The beach was never too crowded.  Manager's Response:  Thank you for your feedback. The owner has done many updates since your departure and we hope that you will visit us again in the near future.
