The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to make a great meal when you want to eat in. The living room has a huge flat screen smart TV with DVD player and cable with extra sports channels. There is a sofa sleeper that will accommodate 2 people. The newly refurnished and decorated bedroom includes king-size bed with mattress set, new dresser/mirror and night stands, 32" flat screen TV and DVD player. There is balcony access from both the living room and the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi.
El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

We had a very good time and all the necessities we hoped for. We have stayed there before and always like El Matador. We plan on coming back again as soon as we can. Also, it was good to see that the luggage cart was back in building 1. Last time it was just the shopping carts which makes it very hard to move your items. Also wanted to mention the landscaping crew did it tremendous job on the lawn. I noticed that even went back over the grass with the blower to make it look better. Jim

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying with you! The kitchen was more stocked than mine at home I do believe. Our view could not have been better. We loved the balcony! The pools and grounds were impeccable! We can’t wait to come back! Thank you! Oh and the people at the facility couldn’t have been nicer!

Celebrating 8th Anniversary Vacation
Good morning, We arrived home last night from our beach vacation. El Matador was wonderful as usual. Unit 164 was lovely and perfect for our needs. It would have been nice if unit 164 had a hair dryer for guests. Other than that it was wonderful.

Unit 164 was perfect for our stay at FWB. The unit was clean and well stocked for all our needs. Easy access to the pool and beach. Very comfortable. We will consider staying here again.

The accommodations of 164 El Matador are top notch. The decorating and furnishings accent the "going to the beach" experience. The management staff was very professional and had everything in order upon our arrival. We hope we can schedule another visit in the near future.

Unit 164 was perfect for our family. Very clean, and updated. Loved the big balcony with the gorgeous view of the gulf that you could access through both the living room and bedroom.

A rental that feels like home.
