This unit has been recently renovated to include new flooring, paint, and granite countertops. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve meals. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Great place, Outstanding staff
Best staff on the island! Wonderful, helpful and friendly to deal with on any issues. Great heated pool to use in cooler weather. Entire area is kept very very clean by an excellent crew! We are coming back next year but not to the same condo. Condo was clean but had a musty smell that we could never get rid of. Thanks El Matador Crew, we’ll see you next year! Bill n Susan

Great rental unit for our family!
The rental unit was great with kitchen supplies, everything we needed just had to buy perishable items. Freezer has ice maker which was handy. The view from the balcony was also great plus! We enjoyed all the community amenities, pools, close beach access, gym etc. Only thing that wasn’t great was the pull out sofa bed, springs were broken super uncomfortable would be great if that could be changed and everything would be great. Hope to come back again!

Property was clean, well-maintained and beautiful. We will definitely be back but try another condo. The condo was run-down, needs painting plus had a musty smell. The check-in was excellent, staff extremely friendly and informative.

Had another great vacation at El Matador.
This condo was ok but considering the price I was a little disappointed. The kitchen was straight out of the 70's and didn't have any liquid measuring cups not a big deal but still made me have to get one. We stayed a week as we always do .this was our 5th time to rent here at El Matador. the A/C blower motor went out on Saturday afternoon.However the staff was able to get the A/C repaired by mid Sunday afternoon. So other than having to be there for the tech.doing the work not a big deal, I was happy to have cool air. I plan on returning next summer if the Good Lord allows me that pleasure. Thanks El Matador

Great experience
I would recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing beach stay. It's near the end of a dead end street. No traffic. There are restaurants and places to shop a couple of miles away. The beaches are clear with powder white sand. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Absolutely Perfect Getaway!!
This was our 2nd year staying in this condo. We had looked at several others, however, El Matador is by far the absolute BEST! I love how they have security who is extremely friendly and actually checks any and all vehicles that enter the property! The property is very clean and well maintained and is perfect for families or couples who are looking for a wonderful getaway. I highly recommend this condo AND El Matador to everyone! Thank you for the most comfortable, safe, clean home away from home! Heather in Ohio :)

Best Vacation!

This condo was wonderful. All of the comforts of home, very neat and clean. My husband and two children stayed a total of 6 nights and completely enjoyed it. Should we vacation in this area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation
Wonderful, relaxing vacation. The room was excellent; you can see the ocean as you make dinner in the kitchen! Nicely decorated with plenty of space, this room was affordable and far exceeded our expectations. We will pick it again if available in the future.

Another Wonderful Trip to the Emerald Coast, Enjoyed Our Stay, The Unit was very Clean and enjoyed Our View from the Patio, Wasn't overly Furnished which worked for Us, The Kitchen was very Clean and was Very Well Stocked for All Our Needs Had Everything You Would need or want for Any Meals You would want to Prepare, The Grounds were Beautiful and Well Maintained, Staff and Security, Friendly and Helpful. Will be Looking Forward to Our Next Stay, Would Highly Recommend This Unit or Anything the El Matador Would Have to Offer, Happy Days!!!!

We chose this condo because of the great reviews online and we were not disappointed. I especially like how they have the security guard that checks everyone when they come in. I also liked that it was on the end of the road so it was quiet and private. The condo was clean and felt like home away from home and of course its right in the beach with 2 pools, fitness center and more! We will def. be back!

Spacious and clean, perfect for families with children!
This unit has everything you need! The kitchen is up to date and immaculate, the living room and dinning area are not overly crammed with excessive furniture, the bedrooms are spacious and the beds are cozy! There is ample closet space and bathroom storage. The patio has a a nice view. My grandpa owns an El Matador unit and I have been inside many of them, and this is by far one of my favorites. We will stay here again next year!!
