The unit has an open floor plan with a renovated kitchen that has views of the complex and the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen all the way through to the living room. The living room has balcony access where you can sit and enjoy the weather while you enjoy a drink or meal. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with a full bathroom. The guest bedroom has two double beds and a full bathroom.
El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Vac Ft Walton unit 140, 9/13 thru 9/22/2024
We have stayed in unit 140 3 times now. Anytime we need a 2 bedroom, 2 bath this is the unit we want to stay in. Very clean unit, large kitchen and the huge walk in closet in the front bedroom is greatly appreciated. There is no reason to stay in beach front unit if 140 is available. See you next year.

was great as always 2nd year in this room. only real complaint is church camps make swimming in the pool a little uncomfortable for families with little ones, but they are on vacation as well

Beautifully renovated and decorated! I also appreciate the better cookware quality and the options of cookware available while also having many food storage continers. The cards games and books meant we all had something more than our electronics to occupy our time on the rainy days. Thank you so much for our best stay there in 3 years! We try to come every 6 months. This will be our go to choice from here on out.

Great week, beautiful condo
Condo 140 was very nice! Everything was very clean, furniture was new and comfortable. This is definitely one of the nicest condos we've stayed in at this price point. The complex was also very clean and the staff was very friendly.
