It was a great stay
This was our second trip and we loved it as much as our first trip. They only thing I would suggest is to look at your dryer. We would have to pay for our clothes to run through it twice to get a small load to dry.

The decor of the unit was a little dated but we had everything we needed and then some. (except a hair dryer) The amenities were great and the beach was fabulous. I love the location a little down the beach away from the crowds but very close to all the activities. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

The unit itself was clean and nice. We did not have an ironing board in our room. We had four people staying in our room and only 7 towels/washclothes, and with no washer/dryer in the unit, it made for a long week of doing laundry. The washer/dryer on our level was very old. The dryer required 3 cycles to dry a small load of towels. If you are going to require your renters to do linen laundry, you need to supply them with washers/dryers that work properly and the ability to get the needed change to do laundry. We ventured over to the office building and found newer dryer units but they still required two cycles to dry. The price we paid, this should not have been a factor.

El Matador
This was the third year we have chosen to go to Ft Walton Beach , and stay at the El Matador. People in the office are great...grounds well kept and pool areas are Uber clean. Absolutely love going there, and hopefully will go back. Ideal location....

Amazing trip!
We had an amazing time on our trip and the condo & complex made that so. The location of 119 was especially great because of its central location to the pools, laundry, office, and beach. Our unit was clean and spacious for our family of 4. All of the employees we encountered were very helpful and accommodating. The booking and check in/check out process went smoothly and was by far the easiest part of our trip after such a long drive. This was by far our best family vacation. We would love to come back!!!
