Master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has twin beds with a trundle. There also is a queen sleeper couch in the living room. Owner has provided a pack and play, stroller and beach toys for the kids. There is a beach wagon and cart with beach umbrellas, beach chairs and a cooler.
There is a 10% discount for booking its sister condo 116 at the same time to accommodate a larger group. Free Wi-Fi available

Loved our stay at El Matador, #113!
We absolutely loved our stay at El Matador. This was our first time visiting Ft. Walton Beach. I can definitely say we will be back! We loved the property, everything is so well maintained. Our unit #113 was perfect for our family! We felt very comfortable, loved the access to the pools and the beach, parking was always available and the unit was so well stocked. We can't wait to visit again!

Great week at the El Matador
What a great week in Fort Walton Beach. The condo was perfect! It was clean and well equipped. The location provided easy beach access and privacy. We took daily walks on the beach and enjoyed watching sea animals from the nearby pier. The location also allowed us to explore the gulf coasts many small and fun communities. Thank you!

Wonderful beach condo!
Three minute walk to white sand beach and clear water. Gorgeous sunsets. Great shopping. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has every possible amenity you would need for meal preparation. The owner provides comfortable beach chairs for use along with other beach equipment. There’s a large heated pool and grills for outdoor cooking. On site library where you can find books and puzzles. The owner also has tons of games for families to play. Large TV in living room; each bedroom also has its own TV. Just a great place to vacation in Florida.

Love this vacation spot!
This is our 2nd Spring Break at el Matador, in this condo. The resort is perfect for us- 2 pools and the beautiful beach, workout room, tennis/pickleball and basketball give us lots of options. Even so, it doesn't feel 'uppity', everyone is nice and friendly. This condo is great- I appreciate being on the ground floor more than I would want an ocean view. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. The only thing missing was dish cloths in the kitchen. Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful place to stay
We stayed in this condo for a week and loved every minute of it. The place is clean, updated kitchen, comfy beds and a 3 minute walk to the beach! The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cook wear. There is a wagon on the back patio with chairs, body boards and other supplies to have lots of fun on the beach. We enjoyed our breakfast sitting outside on the patio and our evenings strolling on the beach or by one of the two pools. I loved that there is so much open beach at this resort. We will be back as soon as we can! I highly recommend this condominium. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

A peaceful vacation
We had a wonderful week. Given how large the property is, and that it was full of Spring Breakers, we were surprised at how uquiet it was, and how it never felt crowded. The common spaces were clean and well cared for. Our condo was comfy and well-supplied. The TV in the living room was hard to work, but the one in the bedroom was easier. We loved being on the ground floor with patio access. We hope to come back!

Great Vacation Condo!
Great vacation condo! Spacious with nice furniture and cute decor. A short walk to the beach, across a lawn with an enclosed pool area. There are wooden stairs down to white sand beaches. The water is so beautiful and clear! The owner left us beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for the beach which was great. This is the last complex on the end of the beach so you can walk down to the right really far without any buildings and it's almost like a private beach! It's just down the street from great local seafood restaurants. It's only 15 minutes from Destin Harbor, which is really fun. I would recommend a sunset dolphin cruise and renting a car to drive up and down the coast which is beautiful. Would recommend it and plan to come back!

Highly recommend!
Ideal location just seconds from the beach and minutes from restaurants located on the water. Spacious Condo, very clean and well taken care of. The extras provided were a special treat and made for a great vacation – Perfect for a vacation in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Communication with office was very easy, and the photo directions for finding the place were a great help. Check in and check out process was very easy. Highly recommend!

This is our 2 year coming to this particular unit We love the complex It has everything to offer The unit is kind of worn however for the price you can’t beat it We lo love the car of toys too -rafts sand toys and chairs We will book again for next summer

Sunny April Visit
My family and I stayed in Unit 113 for 4 days at the end of March/beginning of April. The unit was perfect for our family of 5 (3 kids age 7,5,2). It was so nice to be on the ground floor with kids and have quick, easy access to the beach, as well as have the grassy area just outside the door to play in. We ate a couple meals outside and were able to dry our towels on the hooks. It was great having the wagon and beach toys to use as well. The beds and linens were all comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make our meals. Check in and check out went smoothly and we had no issues during our stay. We look forward to coming back to Unit 113!!

Nicely appointed condo for a beach get-away
Unit 113 was equipped with all the amenities that we needed. The kitchen had all we needed to cook every night. The beach gear was a big plus and saved us money in renting chairs and umbrellas. The king sized bed was very comfortable. We loved being so close to the beach!

Wonderful Experience!
My husband and I stayed in condo 113 for an amazing week. The owner has ensured that the condo is equipped with every amenity such as a fully functional kitchen to a plethora of beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs. There are two pools, one hot tub, and a beautiful white sand beach just a hop, skip, and a jump from the back door of the condo. The community is peaceful and the city has an excellent nightlife and delicious food. I highly recommend this condo rental to anyone who wants a fun, relaxing, and one of kind vacation.

Labor Day Stay
Looking for a place to spend Labor Day Weekend we rented a condo at El Matador in Fort Walton Beach. What a perfect find. A two bedroom condo on the beach of the Emerald Coast that sleeps 6 was great for us and our two teenage sons. The updates were quite noticeable and the wagon of goodies for the beach was just the icing in our short stay cake. The adjacent beach front gave way to emerald waters, and the beach entry includes a sitting space that overlooks the beach and the one of two swimming pools. Be prepared for some breath taking views of the Gulf sunrises and sunsets. Just a few miles from Destin this will be a beautiful hangout for many years to come. A beautiful property with very friendly and helpful staff enjoyed our stay.

Superrrrr!
In this year we visit Fort Walton and Destin for time, but our favorite place to stay is El Matador. Nice, clean, quiet and we feel safe. Security at enter very nice and helpful and front desk lady as well.

Another Nice Experience
Another nice experience...weather wasn't very cooperative, but that's not El Matador's fault...chair on balcony/porch broke--mother-in-law almost fell over Unit #113 (I let management know)
