This beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit is located on the ground floor of building one. The unit allows easy access to the courtyard area and you don't have the hassle of waiting for an elevator to get to your room. The spacious kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is well equipped with everything your need to enjoy a homemade meal when you don't feel like eating out. The dining room has a large table that seats 6 and 3 barstools at the bar. The living room has large comfortable furniture and access to the private patio that looks out onto our large courtyard. There is a large flat screen TV with a DVD player in the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a flat screen TV. Both bathrooms are full size with a tub/shower combination. This unit is just a short walk to the beach and is centrally located to all the amenities El Matador has to offer.

Condo Review
Your listing states that there are 2 queen beds and 1 king bed. When actually there are 3 full size beds and 1 king bed. A full size bed is hard for an adult to sleep on. Also there was some of the dishes in the cabinet that were not clean, I had to was the dishes before they could be used.

Recent stay at unit 111
We love stayed at el matador! We have stayed at unit 111 for 3 years now and will return. However, I did want to note a few mishaps this go around so they hopefully can be addressed. 1. Our oven did not get as hot as it should. Baking took almost double the recommended length. 2. The cable did not work in the master bedroom and at least 2 remotes had expired batteries. 3. The dishwasher did not work Our entire stay. The only reason I did not bring these items to attention during my stay is it would have been more of a hassle having someone in and our of our condo with my kids nap schedules. I wanted to make note here though so you could address the matters appropriately. Thanks for being a great resort! Overall our trip was fantastic and I am always very impressed at how clean everything is kept! Keep up the good work

We love staying at el matador and we really liked the condo we were in this year. It was very nice clean and we loved being on the bottom floor. Hope to see you all next year.

Little Gem
We loved our last minute stay at the El Matador. Location of the beach is great and the pool was nice also. Great easy walk to the beach. I would return. My family had a great time. The condo was nice and the beds were so comfortable. The condo was very roomy. The only negative I have is that there is no washer and dryer in the units.

The condo was great! Nicely updated and so convenient to pools and beach. Our only issue was guest bath had hot water only but issue was given attention and hopefully will be resolved for next guest.
