Rental Policies

- There is a $200.00 security deposit due upon booking (Visa or Master Card or call for other options.

- There is a $25 handling fee on any cancelled reservation.

- Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will result in a loss of the entire deposit.

- Monthly reservations require cancellation 60 days prior to arrival to  return deposit.

- No pets are permitted in rental units.

- All units arne NON-SMOKING

- Check in time is after 3 PM. Check out Is FIRM at 10 AM.

- Rent is due upon arrival, VISA, MC or check.  (There is a $50.00 dollar charge on any returned check) If you arrive after office hours it is due by 10 a.m. the next business day. 

- Your card on file is subject for any damages or expenses incurred during your stay including, but not exclusive to: extraordinary cleaning, smoking damage in non-smoking unit, linen damage, stay extension, or cancellation. 

- We cannot rent to vacationing students or singles under 25, unless accompanied by parent or legal adult guardian. Reservations found to be fraudulent are subject to a loss of full deposit.

- We cannot guarantee unit assignments or rates; they may be subject to change without notice.
(This is because our units are privately owned; we will however make an effort to contact you if there are changes).

- No trailers, boats, or motor homes can remain parked on property.

- There are no refunds for early departure or inclement weather, unless a Mandatory Evacuation Order has been issued for the area.
