El Matador offers luxury condominiums, perfect for all family sizes. We have 316 units in six uniquely styled buildings and offer efficiency, one and two bedroom units. In addition to our beautiful Gulf beaches, we offer two swimming pools (one heated), tennis courts and basketball courts, all within a gated and monitored community.

At El Matador, big kids and adults will love our expansive beach for long walks, sunbathing and plenty of swimming. Beach service is available with lounge chairs and umbrellas awaiting on the sands. With our nearest Gulf front neighbor 17 miles to the west, there's plenty of room for everyone and every activity at the El Matador. But don't worry--we're only minutes away from recreational beach activities like parasailing, waverunners, deep sea fishing, shopping and marine life park.

El Matador has plenty of room for small children to play in spacious grassy areas without fear for their safety.

Also, don't forget to ask about special rates on golf packages and fishing trips in some of the world's luckiest fishing waters. For our winter guests, we offer weekly activities such as lawn croquet, movie nights, and Saturday cocktail parties. And long walks on the beach are always in season.

Banquet Room
For special events and gatherings, El Matador is proud to offer our Fiesta Room, perfect for weddings, receptions and reunions. A community facility with bar are offered for day to day socializing and relaxation.

Exercise Room
El Matador has an exercise facility that includes treadmill, weight machines, bikes, and free weights.
